Terms of service
Effective date: 18 September 2026
About these terms
These terms govern use of the Bookora booking platform. Bookora is operated by Behrouz Hosseini. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using Bookora, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.
Accounts and access
Keep account credentials confidential and use only the access assigned to you. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing their users, roles, branches, services, and permissions. Tell us promptly at info@bookora.dk if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.
Tenant responsibilities
Each tenant is responsible for the information it enters into Bookora, its communications with customers, its booking rules, and its compliance with laws that apply to its business. Do not use Bookora to upload unlawful content, infringe another person's rights, interfere with the platform, bypass security, or access information outside your authorized tenant or branch scope.
Calendar connections
Google Calendar and Microsoft calendar connections are optional. A user may connect only a calendar they are authorized to use. Bookora creates, updates, and removes external calendar events to reflect eligible Bookora bookings. Bookora remains the source of truth for bookings; calendar synchronization is not a substitute for checking Bookora before operational decisions.
You may disconnect a calendar at any time. External calendar providers are separate services and their availability, terms, and privacy practices apply to their own services.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep Bookora available and secure, but no online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free. We may maintain, update, improve, or change the platform when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or service operation. We will use reasonable efforts to avoid unnecessary disruption.
Privacy and data protection
Our handling of Bookora account, website, and calendar-connection information is described in the Bookora Privacy Notice. Tenant businesses remain responsible for their customer-facing privacy notices and their use of customer, booking, and journal information.
Suspension or termination
We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect the platform, users, or data; to address a security incident; or where use breaches these terms or applicable law. You may stop using Bookora at any time. Contact us for account closure, data-export, or deletion requests.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Bookora is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of an external calendar provider, internet connection, or service interruption.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by Danish law, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions about these terms can be sent to info@bookora.dk.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the platform or applicable requirements change. The current version and effective date are published on this page.
